Opening a Partner Package gives you a random special item which has in-game abilities.
Special Items:

Right click on this item and you will get potions in all empty slots of your inventory.
Use right click on an area and after 16 seconds you will return to this.
Hit a player and turn their helmet into a pumpkin for 6 seconds.
Receive a second of Strength 2 for each opponent within 8 blocks of you.
Right-Click to receive Regeneration III for 8 seconds.
Right-Click to receive Resistance three tree for 8 seconds.
Right-Click to receive and you will receive a boost of 8 blocks.
Hit an enemy with this egg to give them negative effects.
Right click to start a teleportation process into the body of the player who last hit you. Once you are teleported, you will receive Strength II and Speed III, and the player will be under the Exotic Bone effect, on Pearl Cooldown, and on Partner Item cooldown for 15 seconds.
